Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Fully Remote
About Elife
Mission: Empower enterprises with trusted global mobility and delivery.
Vision: The world's most trusted B2B Super App Enabler.
Elife provides the infrastructure enterprises need to connect, extend, and scale mobility and delivery services globally through one integration, without building or operating the underlying network themselves. We orchestrate quality fleets, human-driven or autonomous , as one global network.
Trusted means enterprises can rely on Elife to turn global complexity into consistent quality and the best overall value. We build and operate the infrastructure. Our partners own the brand and customer relationship. We do not compete for our partners' users.
Our partners' growth is our growth.
Responsibilities:
1.Discovery and prioritisation
- Sit inside the operation. Spend structured time with dispatchers, agents and partner managers, and use the platform yourself, rather than gathering requirements second-hand.
- Quantify problems before proposing solutions: size the cost of a failure mode in margin, minutes or handled cases, and prioritise on that basis.
- Own a transparent roadmap and a written prioritisation rationale that Operations, Finance and Engineering can challenge.
2.Delivery
- Write specifications precise enough to be built and tested against, including edge cases, failure states and reversal paths.
- Work with Engineering through the full cycle — refinement, acceptance, release and post-release verification in production.
- Instrument every material change so that its impact is measurable within the reporting cycle following release.
3.Governance and control
- Apply change control to all pricing, payable and dispatch logic: documented approval, versioning, staged release across environments, verified rollback and a retained audit trail.
- Obtain and record Finance sign-off before any change affecting fare construction, partner payables or currency treatment reaches production.
- Maintain current documentation of business rules so that platform behaviour can be evidenced during financial, partner or regulatory review.
4.Stakeholder management
- Act as the single accountable owner of pod roadmap and the escalation point for competing operational demands.
- Communicate trade-offs and sequencing decisions clearly to senior stakeholders, including where a request will not be met and why.
Requirements:
1.7+ years in product management, product ownership or a comparable role owning an operational, marketplace, logistics, mobility, travel or fintech platform. Experience with internal or operator-facing systems is valued as highly as consumer product experience.
2.Demonstrable ownership of a system where errors carried financial consequence — pricing, payments, allocation, settlement or similar.
3.Ability to interrogate data independently: writing your own SQL, building your own analysis, and reading application logs to diagnose behaviour without waiting for support.
4.Fluency in operational metrics and the discipline to define, baseline and defend them.
Strong written specification skills — clear, complete and testable.
5.Proven effectiveness in a distributed, multi-timezone organisation, with the autonomy to progress work without daily direction.
6.Skilled working proficiency in English.
Nice to have:
1.Ground-transport, airport transfer, travel technology or last-mile logistics background.
2.Experience integrating or productising machine-learning or AI-assisted decisioning, including confidence thresholds and human-in-the-loop design.
3.Experience consolidating two overlapping platforms following a merger or acquisition.
4.Exposure to multi-currency commercial models and cross-border partner settlement.
5.Working knowledge of B2B partner and supplier integrations.
