We are looking for a Product Manager to help build and improve our digital products. You will work closely with design, development and business teams — turning ideas and customer problems into clear requirements, and then following them through to launch. This role suits someone with at least a year of experience who wants real ownership early and is comfortable learning fast.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and drive the product roadmap — help define priorities, timelines and release plans
- Write explicit product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work with designers and developers daily to take features from concept to launch
- Talk to customers and internal teams to understand pain points and collect feedback
- Track product data and usage metrics to decide what to build, fix or improve
- Run competitor and market research to spot gaps and opportunities
- Maintain the backlog — organise, prioritise and keep the team unblocked
- Coordinate testing and go-live, then monitor performance after launch
- Report progress, blockers and results to management
- Work with marketing and sales on launch plans and user adoption
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Product Manager, Associate Product Manager, Business Analyst or in a similar product-facing role
- Experience contributing to at least one product or feature that went live
- Strong written and verbal communication — able to write clear, structured specs
- Comfortable with data: Excel/Google Sheets and basic analytics (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude or similar)
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello or Notion
- Able to read wireframes and work closely with UI/UX designers
- Strong problem-solving, prioritisation and follow-up skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; technical or management background is an advantage
Good to Have
- Experience in e-commerce, D2C or retail-tech products
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases and how development works
- Experience using AI tools for research, documentation or analysis
