About the Role

Anupam Finserv Ltd is building a full-stack digital lending platform spanning LOS, LMS, and collections.

We are looking for a Product Manager with 2–5 years of Product experience to own and build critical lending journeys for a listed NBFC.

Beyond building and scaling our lending application, the role will also involve developing lending programs across fintech products, including working with companies backed by some of India’s largest funds and founders like Deepinder Goyal. This provides an opportunity to work across lending use cases while building products and programs in a regulated financial workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Own product areas from problem discovery → PRD → launch → integration
- Define and drive the roadmap across growth, risk, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Own key lending journeys across Onboarding & Acquisition, KYC & Identity, Credit Decisioning, and the Loan Lifecycle
- Use SQL, dashboards, and raw data to diagnose problems, generate insights, and make product decisions
- Own key metrics including conversion, approval rates, drop-offs, and disbursement success
- Write high-quality PRDs and drive execution across Engineering, Data Science, Risk, and Compliance
- Design and run A/B experiments across KYC, application UX, loan offers,



and pricing display
- Develop lending programs across fintech products and work with companies backed by leading VC firms in India
- Build products that are compliant by design and audit-friendly, incorporating RBI Digital Lending Guidelines and KYC / PMLA requirements

Must-Have Skills

- 2–5 years of Product Management experience
- Strong understanding of the fintech / lending / NBFC ecosystem
- Hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis
- Proven track record of improving product and business metrics
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work with ambiguity and in high-ownership environments
