We are hiring a Product Manager to guide a high-visibility Tiger Team addressing urgent EMEA retail priorities. You will define product vision and roadmap, manage the backlog, and coordinate delivery across existing platforms with tight stakeholder alignment.
Responsibilities
- Own Tiger Team vision, priorities, and backlog to keep effort centered on the highest-value initiatives
- Establish trust with teams and stakeholders while navigating the Tiger Team’s involvement with credibility and tact
- Align Tiger Team output with existing teams, platforms, and roadmaps to enable smooth integration and collaboration
- Re-prioritize work continuously as EMEA needs change, helping the team pivot or repurpose across projects
- Convert business objectives into actionable requirements and delivery plans in partnership with the Lead Engineer
- Discuss technical considerations with engineers across systems integration, APIs, backend, and data to make informed calls
- Provide transparent status updates to stakeholders and leadership covering progress, risks, and outcomes
- Anticipate and address risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies to protect timelines and delivery
- Operate effectively amid ambiguity by rapidly reframing priorities and accelerating productivity in recent domains
- Maintain delivery momentum on critical, time-sensitive work while setting realistic expectations with stakeholders
- Ensure measurable impact from the team’s work to strengthen the Tiger Team’s credibility and mandate
Requirements
- Significant background in IT (10-18 years)
- Deep expertise in product management, including product life cycle, product roadmap, and product vision
- Data-oriented mindset and willingness to leverage AI tools when exploring options and insights
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and ways of working
- High-impact stakeholder management skills, including building trust and navigating organizational sensitivities
- Technical understanding of systems integration, APIs, backend, and data to support priority and trade-off decisions
- Proven ability in risk and dependency management to anticipate blockers and coordinate cross-team dependencies
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and shifting priorities across multiple problem domains
