About the Role

We are looking for a creative and hands-on person who can turn new product ideas into real products.

You will research products and materials, find suppliers and manufacturers, make prototypes, test them, and help take the product from idea to production.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and develop new product ideas.
- Find suitable materials, suppliers, and manufacturers.
- Source products and materials from B2B platforms and local suppliers.
- Make and test product samples and prototypes.
- Check product quality and functionality.
- Prepare BOM and product costing.
- Negotiate prices and MOQs with suppliers.
- Coordinate with suppliers from sample to bulk production.
- Ensure products are ready for production and launch.

Ideal Candidate

- 1–4 years of experience in Product Development, NPI, Sourcing, or Merchandising.
- Good problem-solving and research skills.
- Ability to find new suppliers and manufacturers.
- Hands-on approach to making and testing products.
- Good Excel, BOM, and costing knowledge.
- Experience in D2C, FMCG, consumer products,



or retail is a plus.
- Degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Supply Chain, or Business is a plus.
- Practical skills and willingness to learn are more important than the degree.
