Role Overview

TekFrameworks is looking for a senior Product Head to lead the strategy, innovation, market relevance, and product direction of its Enterprise AI product portfolio.

The role will own product vision, portfolio strategy, roadmap, innovation, customer discovery, product-market fit, and commercialization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of personally building and commercializing enterprise software or AI products and driving them from concept through market adoption.

This is a hands-on product leadership role and not a services delivery or consulting role.

Key Responsibilities

-Own the Enterprise AI product vision, portfolio strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities.

-Define product opportunities based on customer needs, market trends, competitive intelligence, and technology developments.

-Drive product strategy across Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs/SLMs, RAG, AI platforms, orchestration, AI governance, evaluation, and observability.

-Lead continuous product discovery through customer conversations, market research, competitive analysis, experiments, prototypes, and PoCs.

-Drive products through concept, prototype, MVP, commercialization, enterprise adoption, scale, and lifecycle management.

-Work closely with AI/Research, Engineering, Architecture, Product, and Delivery teams to build scalable and differentiated products.

Identify opportunities for IP, patents, research, and defensible product capabilities.

-Engage directly with enterprise customers, prospects, partners, and senior executives to understand business priorities and buying requirements.

-Define product positioning, packaging, value propositions, competitive differentiation, and product narratives.

-Partner with Sales/CRO and Marketing on product enablement, customer workshops, demonstrations, PoVs, thought leadership, and market communication.

-Establish product metrics covering adoption, usage, customer value, quality, time-to-value, and differentiation.





-Ensure customer-specific requirements are converted into reusable product capabilities rather than one-off customizations.

Identify strategic partnerships, OEM opportunities, and ecosystem integrations.

-Represent the organization at customer forums, industry events, and relevant external platforms.

Required Qualifications

-18+ years of experience across technology, AI/ML, data science, product development, or enterprise architecture.

-Proven experience building and commercializing at least one enterprise software or AI product from early concept through market adoption.

-Demonstrated evidence of product-market fit, including products adopted and paid for by customers.

-Significant experience in product strategy, product discovery, prioritization, roadmap management, experimentation, and commercialization.

-Strong understanding of Enterprise AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, LLMs/SLMs, RAG, AI platforms, orchestration, AI governance, evaluation, and enterprise integration.

-Experience working directly with enterprise customers and senior executives.

-Experience or solid capability in innovation, prototypes, applied R&D;, technical publications, patents, or IP.

-Ability to translate complex AI and technology developments into differentiated product capabilities and customer value.

-Excellent communication skills across executive, business, investor, and technical audiences.

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.

Preferred Experience

-Founder, Co-founder, or early product leader in a startup or product company.

-Experience taking products from research/idea prototype commercialization enterprise adoption.

-Experience in Enterprise AI platforms, Agentic AI, AI governance, domain-specific AI, or AI transformation.

-Experience in a venture-backed or early-stage product environment.

-Strong external thought leadership and industry representation experience.

Candidates with a background primarily in IT services, consulting, technology delivery, or implementation, without direct experience building and commercializing a product, may not be suitable for this role.
