We are looking for a passionate and articulate Product Evangelist who can champion our immigration and visa services in the market, build trust and awareness among prospective clients and partners, and represent the organization as a subject-matter expert. The ideal candidate combines strong presentation and persuasion skills with genuine belief in the service, and is comfortable engaging both large audiences and individual clients across B2B and B2C segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the organization as a subject-matter expert/thought leader on immigration and visa processes at industry events, panels, seminars, and immigration fairs.
- Present and pitch the organization's services confidently to large audiences as well as individual prospects, explaining the process and building conviction to choose our services.
- Handle client calls and online meetings (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams) to explain services, address queries, and build trust in the process.
- Build and nurture a community of aspirants, alumni, and partners (student/professional groups, forums, referral networks) to strengthen brand credibility and word-of-mouth advocacy.
- Capture market feedback, client concerns, and competitor insights from ground-level interactions and share these with leadership/service teams to help refine offerings.
- Coordinate with clients throughout the process — from first interaction to conversion — ensuring their queries and doubts are addressed promptly.
- Manage both B2B (corporate/agency/partner relationships) and B2C (individual client) engagement.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients to sustain interest and drive conversions.
- Take daily calls to address client queries and reinforce confidence in the organization's process.
Required Skills

- Robust relationship-building and community engagement skills.
- Ability to synthesize client/market feedback and communicate it clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Confidence in handling both individual and corporate client interactions.
- Good listening skills to understand client concerns and represent them internally.
