Role Description The Product Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves coordinating product development activities, tracking feature requirements, and supporting product launches for AMCI’s medical education platforms.

The Product

Coordinator will collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and customer-facing teams to gather feedback, refine product roadmaps, and ensure timely execution of projects. Daily tasks include maintaining documentation, monitoring product performance, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting in quality checks before release. The role also requires responding to internal and external product-related queries,



helping improve user experience, and aligning product initiatives with business and learner needs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to interpret data, assess product performance, and support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and address stakeholder and customer queries clearly.
- Candidates should possess product management skills, including understanding product lifecycles, requirements gathering, and feature prioritization.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills to handle feedback, support product usage, and contribute to a positive user experience.
- Candidates should possess project management skills to plan tasks, coordinate timelines, and ensure on-time delivery of product initiatives.
- Relevant experience in edtech, healthcare, or medical education products is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, life sciences, or a related field is advantageous.
