beverage industry. We help restaurants and F&B; businesses build their own digital ordering and engagement ecosystem through branded apps, websites,

kiosks, delivery solutions and customer engagement tools.

As part of the Flash team, you will work closely with internal teams, clients and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood, documented, tracked and delivered smoothly.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Product Associate to support the day-to-day execution of requirements and delivery use cases for the Flash team.

The role will involve understanding requirements, documenting them clearly,

coordinating with Engineering, Design, Operations and Support teams,

tracking timelines, supporting feature releases, maintaining reports and ensuring that product documentation and tickets remain up to date.

This role is ideal for someone who is technically inclined, comfortable working with data, solid in communication and writing, and enjoys coordinating across teams to get things done.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Documentation

 Attend client and internal discussions to understand requirements and use cases.

 Ask relevant questions to clarify requirements and identify gaps.

 Convert discussions into explicit product requirements, specifications and actionable tickets.

 Ensure requirements are properly documented before they are taken up by

Engineering.

Cross-functional Coordination

 Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Operations and Support teams on ongoing requirements.





 Track open items, dependencies and timelines.

 Follow up regularly to ensure deliverables stay on track.

 Identify and highlight delays, blockers or dependencies at an early stage.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

 Act as the first point of contact for basic product-related queries and requests.

 Coordinate internally to understand issues and provide timely updates.

 Maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

 Ensure requests and escalations are followed through to closure.

Release & QA Support

 Perform basic sanity checks on features before release.

 Validate whether the delivered feature meets the documented requirement.

 Identify and report issues to the relevant team.

 Maintain release notes and communicate feature updates to internal stakeholders.

Data & Reporting

 Work with the Business Analytics team to obtain usage and order-related data.

 Maintain recurring reports and dashboards.

 Track relevant product and operational metrics.

 Identify unusual trends or discrepancies and highlight them to the concerned team.

Backlog & Documentation Management

 Maintain and update product backlog items, tickets and documentation.

 Ensure ticket statuses and requirements remain accurate and up to date.

 Keep track of pending, ongoing and completed requirements.





 Ensure important requirements and information are not missed between development cycles.

What We're Looking For

 0–2 years of experience; freshers with relevant technical backgrounds are welcome.

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related technical field.

 Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 Good documentation and analytical skills.

 Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and basic data analysis.

 Basic understanding of software development/product development processes.

 Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar project management tools is a plus.

 Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and follow up effectively.

 Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

 Proactive approach towards identifying issues, gaps and delays.

Preferred Skills

 Basic understanding of APIs, databases, web/mobile applications and software development workflows.

 Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.

 Exposure to Jira or other ticketing/project management tools.

 Ability to understand technical discussions and convert them into clear documentation.

 Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
