Emberlyn Exim LLP is seeking an experienced Procurement & Vendor Development Manager to source industrial machinery, engineering products, and spare parts from reliable suppliers across India. The role involves vendor development, price negotiation, purchase management, and coordination for timely order execution.

Key Responsibilities

Source machinery, industrial equipment, and spare parts.

Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.

Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

Develop and manage a solid vendor network.

Identify alternative suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.

Track purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.

Coordinate with logistics and operations teams.

Maintain procurement records and supplier performance data.

Requirements

5-10 years of procurement/purchase experience.





Experience in industrial machinery, engineering products, or spare parts.

Strong vendor development and negotiation skills.

Good understanding of mechanical and industrial components.

Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement documentation.

Willingness to travel for vendor meetings and factory visits.

Preferred Background

Candidates from engineering manufacturing, machinery trading, industrial automation, pumps, valves, bearings, fabrication, or EPC industries will be preferred.
