We are looking for an experienced Procurement qualified with 4+ years of experience to join our team.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

- Experience in Procurement Operations and Purchase Order lifecycle
- Handling high-volume Purchase Orders, Change Orders & Invoice Resolution
- Managing Purchase Requests / Requisitions and procurement intake processes
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba or similar procurement platforms
- Processing receipts, approvals and exceptions in web-based systems
- Attaching documents and adding comments within workflow systems
- Running, exporting and interpreting system-generated reports
- Microsoft Excel filtering, sorting, summing and basic data analysis
- Monitoring status changes and taking necessary follow-up actions
- Strong coordination, communication and customer service skill
- Ability to work within defined SLAs
