Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Procurement & Supply Chain Manager with 3–4 years of management experience to lead our global IT sourcing and vendor operations. In this role, you will manage end-to-end IT procurement—including software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, hardware infrastructure, cloud services, and external consulting—while optimizing supply chain workflows to ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- IT Sourcing & Procurement: Lead strategic sourcing for hardware (laptops, servers, networking gear), enterprise software/SaaS (SLA management, renewals), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Vendor Management: Evaluate, onboard, and manage relationships with global IT vendors and distributors. Conduct regular performance reviews and audit SLAs.
- Contract & Price Negotiation: Draft, negotiate, and finalize master service agreements (MSAs), statements of work (SOWs), and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to secure optimal pricing and terms.
- Supply Chain & Asset Tracking: Oversee global IT hardware deployment, logistics, customs clearance, inventory management, and IT Asset Management (ITAM) lifecycle from procurement to disposition.
- Cost Optimization & Budgeting: Monitor procurement spend, identify cost-saving opportunities,



track contract renewal pipelines, and assist finance leadership with annual budgeting.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure vendor compliance with international data privacy standards (GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001), corporate governance, and local import/export regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 3–4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, specifically within an IT or tech company.
- Technical Familiarity: Deep understanding of IT procurement categories, including hardware specs, cloud licensing, SaaS subscription models, and telecom.
- Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ERP/Procurement systems (e.g., ERP Next, SAP, NetSuite, Coupa, Coupa, or Jira Service Desk) and IT asset tracking tools.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of negotiating high-value software contracts and hardware supply agreements.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. (CSCP, CPIM, or CPSM certification is a plus).

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
