Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end procurement of electronic components, PCBs, ICs, connectors, cables, sensors, power supplies, etc.
- Procurement of mechanical parts, fasteners, nut-bolts, sheet metal, fabricated parts, 3D printed/vacuum-cast components, plastics, etc.
- BOM-based sourcing, RFQ, vendor development, negotiation and cost reduction
- Domestic & international supplier sourcing and alternate vendor development
- Manage imports, logistics and customs clearance for electronic/mechanical components
- Coordinate closely with R&D;, Production, QC and PPC for NPD and regular production requirements




- Ensure timely availability of components, prototype parts and production materials
- Supplier evaluation, follow-up, quality coordination and delivery management
- Maintain procurement records, PO, GRN/MRN and inventory coordination

Must Have:

- Robust practical knowledge of electronics component & PCB procurement
- Experience with mechanical/NPD parts sourcing
- Good understanding of BOM, drawings and technical specifications
- Hands-on experience in import procurement & customs clearance
- Strong vendor network and negotiation skills
- Experience in manufacturing / electronics / medical device / automotive / engineering industry
