Thoroughly inspect vehicles brought in by customers for exchange.

Conduct detailed assessments of the vehicles condition, ensuring accuracy and fairness in the evaluation process.

Provide customers with competitive and accurate quotes for their pre-owned vehicles.

Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the exchange process.

Maintain records of vehicle inspections, quotes, and customer interactions.

Requirements:

A genuine interest in automobiles and two-wheelers.

Strong attention to detail to conduct meticulous vehicle inspections.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers professionally and courteously.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented workplace.

Punctual and reliable,



adhering to the scheduled working hours (9.45 AM to 7.30 PM) from Monday to Saturday.

Willingness to work on one Sunday per month (rotational basis) during working hours.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in vehicle inspection, procurement, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.

Familiarity with two-wheeler models and their market value is an advantage.
