Marine Engineering & Trade Services (METS) is looking for experienced Procurement Executives to manage procurement activities related to marine engineering, ship repairs, machinery spares and technical materials.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 3 years of relevant procurement experience.
- Experience in the marine industry and ship-repair sector is mandatory.
- Experience in sourcing machinery spares, marine equipment and technical materials.
- Valuable knowledge of supplier identification, quotation comparison and price negotiation.
- Ability to coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source and evaluate domestic and international suppliers.
- Obtain and compare technical and commercial quotations.
- Procure marine machinery, ship spares and repair materials.
- Negotiate prices, delivery schedules and commercial terms.




- Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, technical teams and project departments.
- Monitor pending orders and follow up for timely delivery.
- Maintain supplier, purchase and inventory records.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline.
