Job Summary

Process Excellence Senior Analyst supports the optimisation, standardisation, and continuous improvement of global FPA processes. Operating under the guidance of the Process Excellence Manager, this role ensures end-to-end planning processes are efficient, consistent, and aligned with the organisation s strategic objectives.

You will work across multiple workstreams to analyse processes, gather requirements, and support the design and implementation of improvement initiatives. Partnering closely with Business Decision Support (BDS), Group Finance, the FPA Product Development team, and CoE delivery teams, you will help identify challenges, document current and future-state processes, and assist in delivering effective, scalable solutions.

The role plays a key part in change control and stakeholder communication by supporting workshops, preparing documentation, tracking progress, and highlighting benefits and risks. Through your analysis and collaborative approach, you will help embed sustainable improvements and contribute to the broader FPA transformation journey.

Responsibilities

- Continuous improvement, standardisation, and process optimisation: Analyse processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, escalating key findings to the Process Excellence Manager. Contribute to improvement recommendations through data analysis, documentation, and best-practice research. Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable and sustainable solutions. Assist in assessing improvement opportunities by preparing impact and feasibility analyses. Gather requirements from BDS, Group FPA, CoE delivery teams and regional stakeholders to support solution design and process updates. Work with FPA Product Development and CoE teams to validate changes and support communication on updates, dependencies, and expected benefits.




- Change implementation and stakeholder communication: Support development and tracking of change implementation plans, including timelines and milestones. Assist with change control activities and ensure updated processes are accurately documented and communicated. Coordinate with stakeholders to support smooth adoption of changes and minimise disruption to planning cycles. Prepare concise progress updates, dashboards, risks and opportunities summaries for key stakeholders. Support the creation of training materials, user guides, and communications for teams impacted by process changes.

- Monitor performance and drive accountability: Help define, track, and update KPIs and metrics to measure process efficiency and effectiveness. Support periodic reviews of FPA process performance through data analysis and preparation of supporting materials. Track benefits against business cases with oversight from the Process Excellence Manager.

Maintain process documentation, including process flows, user guides, and RACI matrices. Support the implementation of process controls and monitoring mechanisms to sustain improvements.

- Collaboration and knowledge management: Participate in workshops, working sessions, and cross-functional discussions to gather inputs and validate requirements. Contribute to knowledge-sharing activities, training content, and documentation updates to support consistent understanding of FPA processes.

Maintain shared repositories, templates,



and tools used for process governance and standardisation.

Knowledge Experience

Education

- Essential: Educated to degree level or equivalent experience

Desirable

- Formal training or certification in process excellence, such as Lean Six Sigma Green/ Black Belt, BPM certification, or operational excellence qualification

- Relevant qualifications within finance (ACCA / CIMA)

Experience

- Essential: Demonstrated expertise (2+ years) in end-to-end process optimisation
- Hands-on experience establishing and managing process standards, including creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), control frameworks, RACI models, and global process documentation

- Robust understanding of financial concepts (PL, balance sheet, cash flow, driver-based forecasting).
- Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau), and process mapping tools (e.g.

Visio).

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable

- Background in finance (FPA) or finance consulting experience
- Familiarity with other EPM tools (Oracle, OneStream, IBM TM1, SAP BPC).

- Poland Monthly Salary Band: 11,230PLN - 14,040PLN
