Roles and Responsibilities:

- Map current-state processes, including workarounds, rework loops, handoffs, and exception paths.

- Establish baseline metrics such as cycle time, touch time, volume, first-time-right, and exception rate using reliable source data.

- Support redesign workshops, step elimination, target-state design, and transition planning.

- Author and maintain SOPs, control documentation, and process knowledge assets to audit-ready standards.

- Track improvement benefits before and after implementation and maintain the improvement register with ownership and status.

Skills Required:

- 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in process excellence, operational excellence, quality, or business operations.





- Strong hands-on experience in continuous improvement and process excellence within transactional operations.

- Ability to build process maps, target-state designs, and control documentation that can be executed consistently.

- Experience with baselining, benefit verification, and operational measurement using advanced Excel.

- Working familiarity with enterprise systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, or Freshservice depending on assignment.

Valuable to Have

- SOP authoring experience in a controlled operating environment.

- Power BI for reporting and benefit tracking.

- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Science
