Reporting Structure: Team Lead

Qualification : - 1 to 2 Years

:

· Process US insurance tasks like policy check or quote compare.

· Develop a thorough understanding of the process and complete the necessary training.

· Adhere to defined quality & productivity target.

· Contribute to continuous improvement within the process.

· Update and manage metrics dashboard.

· Support TLs in developing, implementing, and monitoring action plans and corrective actions to improve quality standards.

· Participate in process improvement events, initiatives, and events.

· Flexibility to work in night shifts as per requirement.

1. Specifications (Skills):

- 1 to 2 years of experience in US Commercial Insurance Domain Experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to the Insurance domain as per requirement.
- Ability to multitask.

2. Additional “Nice to have” skills: Experience in working any technology-related projects in Insurance Domain

Ability to deal with frequent changes and demonstrate flexibility.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
