About the Role

QODORO is looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our Dental Billing team as Process Associates.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are looking to start their career in US Healthcare / Dental Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). You will receive on-the-job training and gain practical exposure to insurance verification, claims processing, accounts receivable, denial management, and other RCM processes.

The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the flexibility to work in a US night shift.

Key Responsibilities

- - Verify dental and medical insurance eligibility for patients.
- Process dental and medical claims accurately and within timelines.
- Handle billing-related queries and communicate professionally with patients and insurance providers.
- Maintain accurate documentation in client software and ensure proper records are maintained.
- Assist with Accounts Receivable (A/R) activities and identify underpayments or common denial reasons.
- Perform pre-call analysis and check claim status through payer calls, IVR, and web portals.
- Assist with denial management and follow up for claim resolution.
- Develop a strong understanding of US Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes.




- Maintain quality and accuracy while meeting process requirements.
- Provide professional and customer-focused communication throughout the process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- - Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of US Healthcare/RCM processes.
- Comfortable working in a US night shift.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Candidates with a BDS qualification will be an added advantage.
