Amazon Operations primarily consist of Inventory planning & supply chain, warehouse management, transportation, 3P seller order fulfillment, customer returns & customer service. The tasks handled by operations have a direct impact on customer experience with Amazon.com. You will work with the Leadership team at to improve existing systems or processes or devise new ways and reduce defects to serve Amazon’s customers better.

You will be required to analyze data, interact with cross functional teams, recommend and pilot improvements that will help us serve our customers better, in line with our goal to be the Earth’s Most Customer Centric Company.

Key job responsibilities

Manage daily floor operations (inbound, outbound, and re-boxing)

Allocate tasks and monitor associate productivity

Ensure quality checks and minimize defects

Follow and enforce SOP compliance

Track and report daily performance metrics (KPI)

Coordinate with Area Managers for smooth operations

Resolve on-floor issues and ensure timely dispatch Basic Qualifications:



- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience

- 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience
- high school diploma or equivalent
- High school or equivalent
- Work a versatile schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in problem solving and identifying problems using metrics and data
