Operate printing machines efficiently as per production requirements. Set up and adjust machines according to job specifications. Check printing material, ink, plates/cylinders and other required materials before production.
Monitor machine performance and printing quality during production. Maintain proper color, registration, alignment and print quality. Identify and resolve minor machine/printing issues. Coordinate with the Production, Quality and Maintenance teams.
Maintain production records, machine logs and wastage reports. Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of printing machines. Minimize material wastage and machine downtime. Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
Ensure the work area and machine are kept clean and organized.
