:
- Design and develop scalable, modular, and optimized Test Automation Architectures tailored for embedded systems in industrial cooling and power distribution domains.
- Define automation standards, patterns, reusable test components, and framework guidelines.
- Lead end‑to‑end design of automated test suites
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage across integration, system, regression, and environmental testing.
- Define and monitor quality KPIs including: Defect detection efficiency, Automation execution coverage, Protocol timing/throughput metrics, Framework reliability and maintainability
- Continuously optimize execution time, test reliability, and CI/CD pipeline integration for automated test suites.
Technical Skills-
- 15 years of experience in Embedded Software Testing, including hands-on automation.
Strong expertise in-
- Python (framework development), Robot Framework,
Selenium for Web UI automation
- Deep understanding of:
- BSP, bootloaders, kernel-level behavior
- Low-level firmware/driver interactions
- Embedded protocols (Modbus, CAN, RS485, etc.)
- Experience with hardware tools & debugging instruments.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Leadership Skills
- Ability to drive technical strategy and automation engineering vision.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Embedded Systems, or related field.
- ISTQB Certification (optional but beneficial).
- Working knowledge of C/C for firmware comprehension.
