We're building and scaling the architecture behind our AWS-based SaaS platform — and we're looking for a Principal SRE to own reliability, security, and operational excellence at the core of it.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You'll shape platform strategy, drive complex modernization programs, and raise the engineering bar across a growing SRE organization in Bangalore — while partnering closely with teams across India, the US, and beyond.

What you'll own:

? Platform architecture, multi-account AWS design, and reliability engineering (availability, DR, backup, performance)

? Kubernetes (EKS) adoption, standardization, and operational automation across customer environments

? CI/CD platform design and modernization — Jenkins, Helm, Argo CD, GitOps, infrastructure as code

? Observability and incident leadership — Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, on-call practices that actually work

? Security & compliance partnership (SOC 2, ISO), cost optimization,



and secure-by-default platform patterns

? Mentoring engineers and contributing to hiring as we scale the Bangalore SRE org

What you bring:

✅ 12–15 years in SRE / Platform Engineering / DevOps, with real production SaaS ownership

✅ Deep hands-on AWS + Kubernetes (EKS) expertise

✅ Solid networking fundamentals — VPCs, DNS, IAM, TLS, multi-account architectures

✅ CI/CD platform experience (Jenkins, pipeline-as-code) and automation chops in Python, Go, or Groovy

✅ A track record of leading incident response and driving reliability improvements at scale

✅ The ability to explain complex technical trade-offs clearly to both engineers and leadership
