We are seeking an experienced Principal Officer to lead and step up Corporate Agency Business from Compliance standpoint,. The ideal candidate should have extensive expertise in IRDAI Regulations for Corporate Agents, proven track record of implementation of IRDAI Regulations, Handling IRDAI Inspections, Communication with IRDAI, Filing of Return with IRDAI, Maintenance of Records,
Responsibilities
- Regulatory Compliance & Reporting:
- Setting up Compliance Structure and processes for Corporate Agent
- Own the IRDAI reporting process and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Coordinate with legal teams to interpret and implement IRDAI regulations across the organization.
- Develop and maintain insurance-related MIS reports for regulatory submissions.
- Claims & Policy Management:
- Oversee claim settlement, claim investigations, and claim payment processing.
- Track and expedite closure of customer insurance claims to ensure timely settlements.
- Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders on insurance policies and related matters.
- Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high service quality in claims processing and policy administration.
- Facilitate communication between insurance partners, internal teams, and senior management.
- Process & Operations Improvement:
- Analyze and optimize insurance operations, workflows, and SOPs.
- Implement best practices to enhance productivity and compliance standards.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying growth opportunities in insurance services.
What are we looking for in you? A self driven and result oriented professional with 7-10 years of experience in IRDAI compliances out of which at least 5 years of experience as Principal Officer preferably entity working in digital space
