Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal at our K-12 school located in Bangalore. The Principal will lead all academic and administrative aspects of the school, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and innovative environment that fosters excellent academic and extracurricular outcomes.





Key responsibilities include implementing student-centered teaching approaches, supporting faculty development, enforcing health and safety protocols, and actively engaging with students, parents, and the community. The Principal will also oversee operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in line with the institution's mission and values.

Qualifications

- Educational Leadership and Administration skills, including strategic planning, operational oversight, and compliance management
- Curriculum Development and Pedagogy expertise, with knowledge of student-centered learning approaches and academic excellence
- Staff Management and Teacher Development skills, including training, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative environment
- Student Engagement and Discipline management, ensuring a positive and safe learning environment
- Communication and Interpersonal skills for effective interaction with students, parents, staff, and external stakeholders
- A Master's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership or a similar role
- Passion for providing holistic and cutting-edge education to students
