We are looking for a talented and target-oriented Interior Sales Designer who can understand clients' requirements, create suitable interior design solutions, and convert leads into successful projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong combination of interior design knowledge, sales skills, client handling, and communication abilities. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, requirements, budget, and design preferences.

- Develop interior design concepts and presentations based on client requirements.

/n

- Prepare space planning, layouts, material selections, and design proposals.

/n

- Present designs and quotations professionally to clients.

/n

- Generate sales through leads, references, walk-ins, and follow-ups.

/n

- Convert prospective clients into confirmed interior projects.

/n

- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs throughout the sales process.

/n

- Coordinate with design, estimation, project execution, and operations teams.

/n

- Prepare and negotiate quotations while ensuring company pricing and profitability.

/n

- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain accurate sales records.

/n

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

/n

- Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, finishes, and products.

/n





- Handle client queries, objections, negotiations, and closing effectively.

- Ensure a smooth handover of confirmed projects to the execution team.

- 5-7 years of experience in interior design sales, residential interiors, modular interiors, or a related industry.
