Job Title: Principal Designer (Design & Sales)

Locations: Bengaluru (Koramangala) | Maharashtra (Thane West)

Employment Type: Full time (Showroom & Site-based)

Experience Required: 4 – 8+ Years

? Key Responsibilities

Consultative Sales & Revenue: Pitch innovative space-saving design concepts to walk-in clients and leads, converting inquiries into confirmed orders to meet targets.

Design Conceptualization: Create functional 2D layouts and stunning 3D visualizations using AutoCAD/SketchUp.

Commercials & BOQ: Draft precise cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and quotations; negotiate and finalize deals.

Client Relationship Management:



Own the client journey as the primary point of contact from initial consultation through order confirmation.

Technical Feasibility: Coordinate with our in-house manufacturing team to ensure all sold designs are technically accurate and production-ready.

? What We Are Looking For

- Experience: 4–8+ years in Interior Design with a proven track record in Sales / Business Development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of modular furniture pricing, materials, and joinery details.
- Mindset: Target-driven, client-focused, with strong closing and negotiation skills.
- Experience in residential interiors, modular furniture, or space-saving solutions is highly beneficial.
