Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Principal Architect – Interior Design to lead architectural and interior design projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should have robust design expertise, project coordination skills, and the ability to manage clients, consultants, and internal teams while ensuring high-quality design delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and execution of residential, commercial, hospitality, or other interior projects.

- Develop innovative design concepts, layouts, space planning, mood boards, material palettes, and detailed drawings.

- Prepare and review architectural and interior design drawings, working drawings, elevations, sections, and detail drawings.

- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, preferences, budgets, and project expectations.

- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.

- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, safety standards, and project requirements.

- Review drawings and designs to ensure accuracy, functionality, aesthetics, and constructability.

- Conduct site visits and monitor design implementation to ensure execution matches approved designs.

- Select and finalize materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and other interior elements.





- Prepare design presentations and effectively communicate design concepts to clients and management.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion of design deliverables.

- Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interior designers.

- Review project budgets and coordinate with procurement and execution teams to maintain cost efficiency.

- Resolve design-related issues during execution and provide practical solutions.

- Stay updated with current trends in architecture, interior design, materials, and sustainable design practices.

Required Qualifications

- B.Arch / M.Arch / Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.

- 4–5 years of relevant experience in architecture and interior design.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating completed architectural/interior design projects.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization/rendering software, and MS Office.

- Knowledge of Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or similar software is an advantage.

- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and construction techniques.

- Excellent communication, presentation, coordination, and client-management skills.
