looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Pricing Executive to handle Air & Sea Export Pricing, rate procurement, quotation preparation, vendor coordination, and pricing support for the Sales and Operations teams.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in freight forwarding pricing, solid knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, FCL, LCL, freight rates, surcharges and international shipping processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily Air & Sea Export pricing enquiries from the Sales team.
- Procure competitive freight rates from shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents and logistics vendors.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for customers.
- Handle FCL & LCL export pricing requirements.
- Calculate freight costs including freight rates, local charges, surcharges, transportation and applicable margins.
- Negotiate freight rates and commercial terms with carriers and vendors.
- Maintain and regularly update freight rate sheets, tariffs and pricing databases.
- Monitor market freight rates and competitor pricing to ensure competitive quotations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations and Accounts/Finance teams for pricing-related requirements.
- Provide quick pricing solutions for urgent enquiries and new business opportunities.




- Follow up on quotations and provide pricing support to the Sales team for business conversion.
- Maintain proper records of quotations, vendor rates and pricing history.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with shipping lines, airlines, vendors and overseas agents.
- Suggest suitable and cost-effective routing options based on customer requirements.
- Support management with pricing analysis, rate comparisons and periodic pricing reports.

Key Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferred: International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business)
- 2–5 years of experience in freight forwarding pricing (air & sea export)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, HS codes, and shipping documentation
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and freight/logistics software
- Good communication skills for liaising with carriers, agents, and customers
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
