We are looking for a passionate and nurturing Preschool Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of early childhood education and a love for working with kids.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Create a positive, secure, and inclusive classroom environment
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Use creative teaching methods like storytelling, music, art, and play-based learning
- Monitor and assess each child’s progress and maintain records
- Ensure classroom hygiene, safety, and discipline
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding child’s development
- Organize classroom activities,
events, and celebrations
- Encourage good behavior and build positive habits
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate with Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education (NTT/ECCE preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in preschool or early education (Freshers with strong skills can apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of child psychology and development
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
