Job Summary

Nirman Greens is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to manage client inquiries, qualify leads, and support the sales team in converting prospects into customers. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about real estate, communication, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Customer Interaction:

- Respond to inbound inquiries via calls, emails, and digital platforms in a timely manner
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences to qualify leads effectively
- Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach in all interactions

Product Knowledge & Client Support:
- Provide accurate and detailed information about property listings, pricing, features, and legal aspects
- Educate customers about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects

Site Visit Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective clients
- Ensure a smooth and positive experience during client interactions

Sales Coordination:




- Collaborate closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads for closure
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to address queries and drive conversions

Data Management:
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
- Track customer interactions and prepare reports as required

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- 1–6 years of experience in pre-sales, customer support, or a related role
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in real estate or property management
- Ability to handle multiple leads and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills
