Who Should Apply l Freshers with solid communication skills, or l 1+ years in B2C sales, telesales, inside sales, customer support, or lead qualification l Comfortable on customer calls, target-driven, coachable, CRM experience a plus
Role l Engage prospects via calls, qualify leads, handle objections, identify pain points l Schedule qualified leads for Sales team, maintain CRM records l Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and skill-building
Compensation l Training (30 days): n8,000–10,000/month stipend l Post-training (on meeting KPIs): n25,000/month fixed + incentives — OTE n6 LPA and above l Further growth potential for high performers
