Kugelblitz is a fast-growing fintech product company building innovative solutions for the BFSI and NBFC ecosystem. Our products simplify lending, accounting, and financial operations through intuitive and scalable technology platforms. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can transform complex workflows into simple, user-friendly experiences.
Role & responsibilities:
- Making Initial calls with prospective customers to understand their requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Support the sales team during client meetings and presentations.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and solution documents.
- Coordinate with Product and Implementation teams for requirement clarification.
- Respond to client queries and provide functional support.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads.
- Assist in preparing RFP/RFI responses.
- Support proof-of-concept (POC) and pilot implementations.
Preferred candidate profile:
- MBA (Marketing/Finance)
- 1-3 year of experience in Pre-Sales, Business Analyst, Sales Consultant, or FinTech
- Freshers with strong communication and presentation skills may also apply
