Job Summary

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and creative Pre-Primary Educator who can create a safe, joyful, and engaging learning environment for young children. The educator will facilitate age-appropriate learning experiences that support children's cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language development while nurturing curiosity, independence, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for pre-primary students.
- Create a warm, safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Use play-based, activity-based, and experiential approaches to support learning.
- Encourage creativity through art, music, movement, storytelling, role play, and hands-on activities.
- Support children's social-emotional development and help them build confidence and independence.
- Observe and document children's learning, behaviour, interests, and developmental progress.
- Adapt classroom activities according to individual learning needs.
- Maintain effective classroom routines and positive behaviour management.
- Prepare learning resources, classroom displays, activities, and teaching aids.
- Maintain appropriate classroom records and documentation.
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding children's learning and development.
- Collaborate with fellow educators, coordinators, and support staff.




- Participate actively in school events, celebrations, assemblies, workshops, and other activities.
- Follow all school policies and procedures related to child safety, safeguarding, health, and wellbeing.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Education / Early Childhood Education or a relevant discipline.
- B.Ed. / ECCE / Montessori / NTT qualification preferred, as applicable to the role.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Good understanding of early childhood development and foundational learning.
