Early Years Educator / Pre-Primary Teacher Bodhira Beyond School | Jaipur (Vatika) Bodhira Beyond School is looking for a warm, responsible and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our preschool team. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children and understands that early-years education is about much more than completing a syllabus.

What you will do - Create a warm, safe and engaging classroom environment for young children.

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities through play, stories, conversations, art, music, movement and exploration.

- Support children's social, emotional, language and cognitive development.

- Observe children closely and understand their individual needs and interests.

- Communicate positively and professionally with parents.

- Maintain classroom routines, records and learning documentation.

- Work closely with the school team to continuously improve the learning experience.

What we are looking for - Graduate in any relevant discipline; NTT / ECCE / Montessori qualification preferred.

- Prior preschool/early-years teaching experience is preferred but freshers with the right attitude are welcome.

- Good spoken English and Hindi.

- Warm, patient and emotionally mature.





- Confident communicator with children and adults.

- Creative, energetic and comfortable conducting activities, storytelling, music and movement.

- Willingness to learn and adopt a child-centred, play-based approach.

- Reliable and committed to the children and the school. Who will do well at Bodhira We are not looking only for someone who has a teaching certificate or years of experience. Location

Vatika, Jaipur Employment Full-time Salary ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, qualifications and suitability. Selection process Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interaction and a practical classroom activity/audition. Apply with your CV.
