Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven PPC Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads to plan, execute, optimize, and manage paid advertising campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for driving qualified traffic, leads, and conversions while maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search-term analysis.
- Create and optimize ad copies, keywords, targeting, bids, and campaign assets.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on CPC, CTR, CPA, CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient utilization.
- Perform negative keyword optimization, bid management, and audience targeting.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Ads and Google Tag Manager.
- Analyze campaign performance using GA4 and other analytics tools.




- Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective measures.
- Stay updated with Google Ads features, policies, and PPC best practices.

Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in PPC/Google Ads.
- Strong knowledge of Google Search Ads, Display Ads, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads.
- Good understanding of keyword research, match types, negative keywords, and bidding strategies.
- Working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Valuable knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Google Ads certification is preferred.

Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
