Job Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven PPC Manager to plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a proven ability to generate quality leads, improve campaign performance, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Develop strategies for lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis.
- Manage campaign budgets, bids, targeting, and ad performance.
- Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and reduce acquisition costs.
- Perform A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Manage remarketing and audience segmentation campaigns.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics,



Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with content, design, SEO, and development teams for campaign requirements.
- Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, policies, and PPC trends.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in PPC/Paid Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Positive understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with conversion tracking and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Experience handling lead-generation campaigns for international clients is a plus

Pay: ₹29,568.13 - ₹76,915.04 per month
