Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced PPC Specialist / Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize PPC and paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
- Manage Google Search Ads, Display Ads, Performance Max, YouTube campaigns, remarketing/retargeting, and lead generation campaigns.
- Create and optimize Meta/Facebook/Instagram advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and creative testing.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience research, bid management, budget allocation, and A/B testing.
- Monitor and improve CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, ROI, and ROAS.




- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other analytics/tracking systems.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare clear PPC/performance marketing reports with actionable insights.
- Work with the creative, content, web, and sales teams to improve ad creatives, landing pages, lead quality, and conversions.

Requirements

- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in PPC, Paid Media, Performance Marketing, or Digital Advertising.
- Strong practical experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads and preferably LinkedIn Ads/Microsoft Ads.
- Good understanding of Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing, Lead Generation, and Paid Social campaigns.
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and campaign analytics.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a results/ROI-focused mindset.
- Experience managing campaigns for lead generation and client acquisition is preferred.
