Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for MedTech business stakeholders.
- Build, optimize, and troubleshoot data pipelines and transformations in Databricks.
- Use AI/LLM prompting techniques to accelerate data analysis, automate insight generation, and support GenAI-driven analytics use cases.
- Translate business requirements and client questions into scalable, well-modeled BI and analytics solutions.
- Ensure data quality, documentation, governance, and reporting standards across deliverables.
- Participate in structured knowledge transfer and shadowing with the outgoing team member.
- Communicate project progress, risks, issues, and recommendations directly with client stakeholders and VCreaTek account leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI,



including:
- DAX
- Power Query
- Data Modeling
- Dashboard & Report Development

- Working experience with Databricks, including notebooks, Spark-based processing, and workflow orchestration.
- Practical experience with AI/LLM prompting tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Databricks Genie, or similar platforms.
- Solid SQL skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact directly with client stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
