Role & responsibilities seeking a highly skilled Power BI Analyst to join its Digital Transformation & Analytics team. This role will be responsible for designing enterprise dashboards, developing scalable reporting solutions, connecting to multiple business data sources, and delivering actionable insights for leadership and operations teams across global functions.

The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in Power B', data modeling, DAX, SQL, enterprise data integration, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale Power Bl dashboards and scorecards. Connect and integrate data from multiple Caterpillar business systems and enterprise databases. Build efficient semantic models, datasets, and reusable reporting frameworks.

Develop advanced DAX measures and Power Query transformations. Create executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, operational reports, and analytical solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define reporting solutions.

Implement row-level security, governance, incremental refresh and performance optimization practices. Perform data validation,



reconciliation, and quality assurance.

Support Power

Bl workspace administration, deployment, and refresh management. Drive reporting automation and self-service analytics initiatives.
