Portfolio Manager – Real Estate Sales

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 1–3 Years in Real Estate Sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain a portfolio of real estate clients.
- Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Handle property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Follow up with leads and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Positive client-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,867.86 per month
