Role Description The Production Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role is responsible for organizing and tracking VFX tasks, schedules, and resources to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining production trackers, updating shot and asset status, coordinating between artists, supervisors, and clients, and preparing daily and weekly status reports.

The Production

Coordinator will assist with meeting preparation, note-taking, and follow-ups, while helping to manage delivery timelines and ensuring that project milestones are met. This role also involves handling internal communication,



supporting problem-solving for production bottlenecks, and contributing to an efficient and professional studio workflow.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with experience handling multiple tasks, schedules, and deadlines.
- Proficiency in production tracking tools or spreadsheets, and comfort working with project management or scheduling software.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively between artists, supervisors, and clients.
- Basic understanding of VFX or post-production pipelines, and interest in visual effects, film, or media production.
- Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving production issues.
- Prior experience in production coordination or a similar role in media, animation, or VFX is preferred but not mandatory.
- Relevant educational background in film, media, animation, or a related field is an advantage.
