Role Description The Podcast Cohost will collaborate with the hosting team to plan, record, and refine episodes that explore cybersecurity, fintech, and digital innovation topics relevant to JARNOX’s audience. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching trends and news in the financial and cybersecurity sectors, contributing to episode outlines, and engaging in on-air discussions that are clear, insightful, and accessible. The Cohost will help conduct interviews with guests, prepare thoughtful questions, and support overall storytelling and narrative flow.





Additional tasks may involve coordinating with marketing to align podcast content with brand goals, reviewing recordings for clarity, and providing input on show format and improvements. This is a full-time, remote role.

Qualifications

- Robust verbal communication, active listening, and conversational storytelling skills suitable for audio content.
- Ability to research cybersecurity, fintech, and technology topics and translate complex concepts into understandable discussion points.
- Experience with podcasting, broadcasting, or other audio media, including familiarity with basic recording practices and episode structure.
- Collaborative mindset, reliability in meeting deadlines, and comfort working with a distributed, remote team.
- Interest in cybersecurity, financial technology, and digital innovation; prior industry exposure is beneficial but not required.
- Strong organizational skills to help plan episodes, prepare notes, and coordinate guest appearances.
- Proficiency with common online communication and project management tools; experience with audio editing software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Journalism, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
