We are a growing Water & Wastewater Treatment and Facility Services company providing comprehensive services for WTP (Water Treatment Plant), STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), Swimming Pools, Hydro-Pneumatic Systems, Pumping Systems, and related water-treatment infrastructure.

We undertake Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), Operation & Maintenance (O&M;), installation, commissioning, repair, troubleshooting, and project execution for various commercial, residential, and institutional facilities.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Plumbing & Pump Technician who has strong hands-on knowledge of complete plumbing systems, different types of pumps, motors, and water treatment systems. The candidate should be capable of independently handling installation, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and commissioning activities at sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complete plumbing systems.
- Installation and maintenance of different types of water pumps and motors.
- Hands-on experience with centrifugal, submersible, pressure booster, dosing, transfer, circulation, and other types of pumps.
- Identify and rectify pump-related issues such as low pressure, abnormal noise, leakage, vibration, overheating, and flow problems.
- Pump alignment, coupling, mechanical seal, bearing, impeller, and other component-related maintenance.
- Installation and modification of GI, CPVC, UPVC, HDPE and other plumbing pipelines.
- Troubleshooting of valves, NRV, strainers, pressure gauges, flow meters, and other plumbing components.
- Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of WTP (Water Treatment Plant) equipment and associated mechanical systems.




- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of water treatment equipment.
- Understand piping layouts, equipment connections, and basic drawings.
- Perform testing, commissioning, and performance checks after installation/repair.
- Coordinate with supervisors and site teams for maintenance and breakdown activities.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance, breakdowns, spare parts, and completed work.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure proper housekeeping at the work site.

Required Skills

- Strong practical knowledge of Plumbing, Pumps, Motors & Water Treatment Systems.
- Ability to independently diagnose and resolve mechanical/plumbing breakdowns.
- Good knowledge of pump installation, dismantling, servicing, and commissioning.
- Ability to work at WTP and commercial/facility sites.
- Basic understanding of technical drawings and equipment specifications.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Plumbing, or related field will be an advantage.
- Candidates with robust hands-on experience may also be considered based on skill level.
- Willingness to travel to different project/site locations as required.

Must Have Minimum 3 years relevant experience, hands-on pump & motor troubleshooting, WTP experience, plumbing installation, pump servicing, pipeline work and commissioning.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
