Roles and Responsibilities :

- Create accurate BIM models using Revit software for various projects.

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

- Develop detailed drawings, schedules, and reports from the BIM models to support construction documentation.

- Troubleshoot issues related to BIM data management, coordination, and clash detection.

Job Requirements :

- 4-6 years of experience in a similar role as a BIM Modeler or equivalent position.

- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD).

- Solid understanding of building information modeling (BIM) principles and best practices.

- Excellent attention to detail with ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
