? Hiring: Data Platform Operations Engineer – Microsoft Fabric

We’re looking for an experienced Data Platform Operations Engineer to manage, support, and continuously improve our Microsoft Fabric data platform .

Key responsibilities:

- Own day-to-day Microsoft Fabric platform operations and production support
- Manage Fabric capacities, workspaces, security, and Dev/Test/UAT/Prod environments
- Lead monitoring, incident/problem management, and root-cause analysis
- Manage releases, deployment pipelines, and CI/CD across environments
- Drive platform reliability, performance, cost optimisation, and automation
- Ensure security, governance, compliance, and operational best practices
- Partner with Data Engineering, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and business teams

What we’re looking for:





- Experience operating enterprise cloud data platforms in production

• Strong Microsoft Fabric & Azure administration experience

• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring & observability

• Strong understanding of ITIL, incident/problem management, security & governance

- Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills

• A solid DataOps, automation, and continuous improvement mindset
