Role & Responsibilities

- Perform primary and revision cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries—including rhinoplasty, breast augmentation/reduction, abdominoplasty, facelifts, and microvascular reconstruction—with strict adherence to safety and aesthetic standards.
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, develop personalized surgical plans, and manage pre-op diagnostics and post-op recovery pathways.
- Lead a clinical team of assistants, nurses, and anesthesia providers during procedures, ensuring seamless coordination and real-time decision-making.
- Document surgical cases with precision, maintain compliance with national surgical guidelines (MCI/NMC), and contribute to audit/improvement initiatives.
- Stay current with global advances in plastic surgery techniques, technology, and materials—especially 3D imaging, robotic-assisted surgery,



and regenerative tissue approaches.
- Participate in public education, patient awareness campaigns, and referral network development to grow clinical volume and brand trust.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- MBBS with M.S. in Plastic Surgery or D.N.B. (Plastic Surgery)
- Valid NMC registration with active clinical license
- Minimum 5 years post-residency experience in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery
- Proven expertise in aesthetic procedures: blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, body contouring
- Advanced reconstructive skills: cleft repair, post-trauma reconstruction, flap surgery
