Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to oversee overall factory operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality compliance, GMP adherence, cost optimization, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Dispatch.
- Coordinate with Factory In-charge and plant-level teams.
- Monitor production plans, productivity, wastage and downtime.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within quality, cost and timelines.
- Drive corrective actions, process improvements and operational excellence.
- Manage manpower planning, machine utilization and material availability.
- Ensure GMP, safety, compliance and process adherence.
- Monitor plant expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Review plant performance and share MIS/updates with management.
- Regularly visit the plant to review operations and resolve critical issues.





Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of manufacturing experience, with 3+ years in Plant Head/Senior Leadership.
- Experience in Cosmetics, Personal Care, FMCG, Pharma or Chemical Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO, regulatory compliance and production planning.
- Solid leadership, people management and problem-solving skills.

Location: Kolgaon, Palghar Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
