Job Summary

We are looking for a Plant Operator to support day-to-day operations of ETP/RO/WTP plants at our Pune location. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of the Water & Wastewater Treatment industry, including operation of pumps, motors and blowers, along with awareness of basic safety practices. Freshers and candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply. Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days will be preferred.

Salary: 22,000 25,000 CTC per month

Joining: Immediate / Within 15 Days

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor ETP / RO / WTP plant operations.
- Monitor plant parameters and ensure smooth plant operation.
- Handle and monitor basic operation of pumps, motors and blowers.
- Maintain daily plant operating records and log sheets.
- Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices.




- Report equipment abnormalities or process-related issues to the supervisor.
- Follow all applicable health, safety and environmental norms.

Candidate Requirements
- ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. / M.Sc. qualification.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment / ETP / RO / WTP operations.
- Basic knowledge of ETP, RO and WTP processes.
- Basic knowledge of pumps, motors and blowers.
- Basic awareness of industrial safety norms.
- Positive communication, discipline and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
