Plant Head (10–15 Years Experience)

- Overall responsibility for plant operations, production, quality, and timely dispatch.

- Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve targets efficiently.

- Ensure compliance with GMP, WHO-GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

- Manage and lead production, QC, QA, maintenance, warehouse, and other plant teams.

- Optimize manpower, machinery, materials, and production costs.

- Monitor productivity, efficiency, wastage, and operational performance.

- Ensure proper documentation, batch records, and regulatory compliance.

- Coordinate with management for planning, budgeting, procurement, and capacity expansion.

- Handle deviations, CAPA, audits, and customer/regulatory inspections.

- Ensure safety, hygiene, discipline, and smooth day-to-day functioning of the plant.

- Drive process improvement, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Experience: 10–15 years in pharmaceutical/Ayurvedic manufacturing,



preferably with leadership experience.

- Manage and supervise overall plant operations and production activities.

- Plan production schedules according to customer demand and business targets.

- Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines and budgets.

- Monitor productivity, efficiency, downtime, and operational costs.

- Ensure quality standards and production specifications are maintained.

- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, HR, and Dispatch teams.

- Manage manpower planning, shift schedules, and workforce productivity.

- Ensure availability and efficient utilization of raw materials and resources.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
